The cuisine
We offer 3 tasting menus:
– The Seasonal Menu is a six-course menu featuring both seafood and meat.
– The Vegetarian Menu is a six-course menu with ingredients from the vegetable garden
and the fields.
– The Menu of the Day, longer than the Seasonal Menu, is suitable for those seeking a
more complete experience.
Our dishes are rich in energy as we use fresh, live produce.

Natural, genuine, of a bygone era, niche, …, call them what you like, as long as they are
LIVE!
For us, wine is not a label but the natural product of grape fermentation. We treat wine
like any other ingredient. We have great respect for the small producers that we go to
meet personally, relaying this at the table through wine, journeying from Tuscany to other
regions of the country and beyond.

in a charming alley named Via dell’Amore, within the ancient medieval fortress.
