The simplicity that we bring to the table is the essence of a long journey, which begins in Maremma and crosses distant flavours and aromas. The kitchen is part of a project aimed at enhancing nature, through collaboration with friends and local producers who take care, day after day, of their excellent ingredients. Through the menù of the day, we promote quality cuisine with the aim of introducing local raw ingredients to customers, with elegance and earnestness. Our dishes are rich in energy, as we use fresh and live products.

We select the best flour from the region. From organic sustainable companies, we only use natural yeast and let the dough rest to create a light tasty and healthy pizza. Our ingredients come from our supplier friends, such as handcrafted beer and wine.
